Greetings!! I just discovered and registered GATT. Congratulations to those who created this site for an extremely professional and well done job. I'm very impressed.
I'm an avid gamer, love PS2 and old-school NES and S-NES games. Just wish that I could afford to play online PS2 games, but all in time. Favourite games thus far are Dead or Alive 2, and the Gran Turismo series.
I just wanted to announce myself to people here. Also, I would like to tell people of a PS2 arcade that opened recently in Marabella. However, in keeping with the policy of not advertising on this site I'll not mention details. Suffice to say that if you'd like to learn about this place you can reply to this posting, or call my cell-phone at 738-8325 anytime that's not between the hours of midnight to 8:00 am.
I hope that I've not offended anyone or broken any rules by this posting, and if I have I apologize (please dont' kick me off). If possible I would like someone to point me in the direction of someone I can contact to actually advertise nice and legitimately.

LMAO @ conspiracy... welcome to GATT man, i'm a mod here and I don't see anything wrong with your post, discrete et al. For advertising on this site hit Baego a PM he's an admin and will hook yuh up. If yuh not too familiar with what to do, look at the posts Baego must have at least 1 post in every thread i'd say esp the PS3 x360 etc thread. Click de name and it'll give u option, select PM or yuh could add him to yuh msn, all dat. Again welcome gamer.

Ok, you guys seem cool. Thanks for the feedback and stuff. Yeah, I'm from south (of the lighthouse), I live in Marabella. As for the conspiracy, I don't have a secret connection to this place, I work there. It's just opened up and I figure that the reason for the lack of business is that real gamers have no idea that we're there. Seriously, if any of you want info call my cell - 738-8325. What would be most appreciated is if some of you come by and give us some feedback. Meanwhile I'll try to PM Baego, whoever that is.
BTW, I'm 28, so I guess that I really am an older gamer

but seriously, we would welcome the addition of new GLs. The more gaming locations the better.

Tell us more about this place? How many systems, what games are favourites down there? etc...etc.... Would be even better if you had a few pictures of the place.

We will send you guys down some GATT and tourney posters once everythings is up to spec. (IE, no back door selling of drugs and prostitution on the premises. We do have an image to uphold. lol)

Looking forward to seeing the place.

Great response so far guys. Here's what I can tell you about the place:
It's called Digital Playhouse Gameworld, 200 Southern Main Road, Marabella. Next to Royal Castle. Right now we only have 4 PS2s, but we have grand plans for expansion. We're going to acquire 2 PS3s as soon as they're released, for example. We also have the Eye Toy game, which uses the USB camera with the PS2. Members of the GATT are welcome to come in a see the place, maybe play for a while. Most likely you'll meet me there and I'll hook you up. We're open from 1 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Also, could someone point me in the direction of the GLs page? I can't seem to find it. Happily, I think that it's because there are so many pages in this site. I really love this place.

It's a business, but one that's just getting started. We have grand plans to dedicate a room with a projector and surround sound system for gaming on, as well as having lots of PC games and CD-rom library for other people with all sorts of interests. However, before we could do that we have to start small, and we need people to come in and play, and give feedback and ideas.
We don't have any drugs there, really.

Yeah Crixx, it is a boss idea. Like we will have to bomb rush Heady house a weekend and get it done in one fell swoop.

Rofl @ drug cartel GL. Is it supposed to pay rent and salaries? Or is this just a side line for you guys? Most of the GLs are considerably larger than that (with the exception of Fox in the Box) but either way is fine.

mentioned .... are there any girls at Digital Gamehouse. What I mean is being girl completele surrounded by

testorone.... see another girl at these GL's are sometimes rare so I'm trying to form a lil 'sisterhood' of gamers..lol

To reply to Illusion: Sadly, we don't have many girls coming in to play. This is mostly because we don't have many people coming in to play, not yet at least. However, you do bring up a very important point that I wanted to bring up, which is what would girls be looking for in a gaming place or other liming spot that isn't a bar or something. Which is the thread I'm going to start right now. So let me know what your views are.
