Dont eat it? lol

Well, I dont know what to tell you to stop it from being hot, but there are things you can do to make sure it doesnt get worst...

Drink milk, that helps...and drink cold stuff, but direct ice doesnt seem to work for some odd reason, but DO NOT drink gassy soft drinks.....

If I think of anything else, i'll help you out....

i know that pepper is alkaline so drinking anything with acid would neutralize it but the heat given off from the reaction would be worse than if i left it by itself

im trying to figure out what acid i can add to it that would not make it taste sour
any clue??

Milk is the best thing for pepper burn.
The calcium in milk counteracts the capsicum in peppers.
However, you might have to drink a bit of it to relieve the burn.

I do know from personal experience, however, that the worst thing to drink for it is soda.
The carbonation irritates it even more.

btw neo capsicum isnt what burns
i did some research
its an alkaloid called capsaicin
calcium would form an alkali so therefore would not be the one countering the pepper
i believe it may be lactic acid
and the calcium reacts with the salt formed and absorbs the heat

lawd @ $hittin$
i doh wanna make ppl sick
hmmmmm
maybe is should think about developing a process to neutralize it and remove the acid after........................!!!!!!
HEHEHEHEH
thats what i will do
instead of making a marketable product which pepper sauce producers will buy i will make a process and charge them to use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pleb you can't make PEPPER sauce without it burning...
what you are trying to make sounds like it will taste more like chow chow in the end...
i think it's the same process actually with no hot peppers tho.
Good Luck...but i doubt you can even call it pepper sauce if it does not burn...
