DVD burning.. DVD formats, change DIVX/AVI to DVD?

  How can i change DivX , RVMB and AVI   to a format that will play on a normal DVD? will i loose any quality  or file size increase greaty? Takes  alot of time to encode ?     Help please

WinAVI is the easiest way to do this. It takes a while depending on the specs of your computer. Like a couple of hours for a whole DVD. You can specify the size, how much DVDs/VCDs you want it to fit on, if to compensate for quality or speed of compression, all in one interface. Real simple. It's not free. But..you know...worth it.
