If you want to host it yourself, then you need a way to have the domain point to your server. For that, you will need either a static IP to point it to, or a dynamic DNS service like no-ip.com.
Since you've already opted for no-ip.com, check with them to see what needs to be done next to get your domain to hook up to your account. You may likely need to pay them a per month fee for that service.
