All right, folks.
A tournament is scheduled to be held at the end of this month.
I'm sure a few of you have seen the fliers by now, but, in case you haven't, I'll give you the scoop here.
This tournament is going to be held by Paul and Mr. Mike (who is sponsoring the prizes), and will be held at the Dretchi Center (the building just before the John Donaldson Institute on Wrightson Road.

Here's the lowdown:

WHERE: Dretchi Institute, Port of Spain
WHEN: July 30th, 2005.
ADMISSION FEE: $10 (Admission Fee) $20 (Tournament Entry Fee)

PRIZES: 1 'Fury From the Deep' Structure Deck, 1 'Blaze of Destruction' Structure Deck, 1 'Lost Millenium' Special Edition Box (3 Boosters and a Limited Edition Card) and a pack of sleeves.

FORMAT: ADVANCED (Winner take ALL).

Is it Sanctioned? We should be able to sanction most of the tourneys held from now on.

I'll be there to take the 1st place, oooppss sorry got carried away there, to compete for the 1st place prize. But seriously, that prize kinda shitty. They won't get much people to compete for that. They should up the fee to about $30 and put 1st prize as a booster box or something. Nobody don't really wanna win any starter decks come on nah man. We can buy that if we want but we don't cause we don't want it. It's kinda hard to spend half a day dueling for that. give them feedback neo.

good point chaotic.....i know for sure i wouldn be interested in competing for a starter deck...rite is paul and mr.mike...there shoulda be a better prize...uping the cost for a better prize would attract more ppl...and as far for chaotic taking 1st place...i know ppl say that u have to be creative and use ur imagination...but i think u abuse ur imagination..dont wry..church sunday...i'll have a word with the great one for u

i personally doh mind the prize i do mind if the tourny is sanctioned or not... my main objective right now is to raise my ranking so hear what coolie and chaotic assuming either of you win... give me the fire structure nh?

Fellas, trying to organise another tournament at UWI for the 2nd saturday in August. Trying to make it a monthly thing nah. Allyuh game or what, rankings niggas rankings. Ohh yeah, down boys down, we'll see what takes place on the 30th lol.

yayyy i will finnalllyyyy get to sweat my new deck

... i havent dueled once with it
and iam yet to check the rulings on some of the kards to see if they can actually do what i hope they can.
But now i have the motivation to check them out.

I would ask yu guys what the rulings are... but i dont really wanna aire out my deck and stratergies before the tourney.

I doh even mind de starter deck yes, lol would help me start a proper deck.

Okay...for those of you who aren't really all that happy with the prizes being offered at this tournament, I talked to Mr. Mike earlier today, and he said that he and Paul would try to work out something a little better for you guys. This, however, will depend on the turnout, so come in full force and the prizes might be worth your while.
