ok ah went sams in arima and buy some games but i have to do something to them to make them work ,they said something about an iso but as u may have realised im extremely lacking in the comp knowledge department so i have no idea wat to do.can someone please advise me on how to get these games to work

What u need to do is tell us what game platform? (PS2, Xbox, etc). Tell us if they are DVD or CD and tell us what happens when u put the games in the console if anything at all. You're kinda like standing there waving ur arms around for help but not really say help with what? its not like we read minds and can say hey ur power cord is unpluged plug it in and it will work. No, you gotta tell us what happened or didn't happen when u tried to play. Or in the least quote what the ppl u bought it from said. Not 'something bout iso etc'.

ooh spit i forgot wat system.thats wat u get for posting sleepy.its for the pc.they said i have to create an iso.its on a dvd.the files in the folders are .ccd,.img,.sub and .cue

ok thats a lil better. Basically they put several games on a DVD (at least thats what I gather) and u must create an ISO image which is 1 of the standard formats a cd or dvd comes in and place that iso on a cd or dvd as need be. Now if they've put just the files from a game then u need to burn all the correct files for that game to the cd or dvd. Usually when u simply copy a game cds files it will not work as is, then patches etc will be required. If however they themselves put the isos on the dvd then u just need to copy all the iso's to ur pc and burn from an IMAGE to the dvd/cd burner. Does that help any?

*sighs* ok.. what burning program do u use? nero? clone cd/dvd, roxio? either way when u going to burn it off, u create new cd (iso) add the files to the cd and burn it, its that simple. If the game requires the cd to play, then you'll most likely need a patch of sorts. get it?

Alternatively, you could just mount the image files from off the DVD and install/play like that, rather than burning a bunch of CD's...you'll just need a lil magic program called Daemon-Tools

well got daemon,then had to go look for key gen.got that.installed clicked play and it tell me insert cd.what a bloody bugger

daemon tools is free for personal use

should not need any keygen.

cricket....did you copy the "modified" exe from the DVD to replace the original exe in your installed dir before running said game?

After you mount the image using Daemon-Tools, let's assume it mounts to the H: drive, check your H: drive and see if there isn't a folder named something along the lines of cr@ck...there should be a "modified" exe in there for your game to run "properly".

So sams ent conduct you some install instructions for them games you bought? Not even a lil readme.txt self?

And I dare ask their going rate?

rate is $60.and the amt of games on one disc varies.sometimes 4 sometime 2 or 1.all for $60.nope no instructions readme.
