 quake rules , best pure deathmatch there is , no men flying, no shield gun , no fancy abilities , just FRAG.

plasma jumping - walk up to a wall, point at the line where the wall and floor meet, and drop it a wee touch under. Shoot and fly
requires a lot of precision though. too low, you dont get lift. Too high, you'll push off the wall.

you can't be a quaker if you haven't seen some of the greats tricking man. m1tsu = god Plasma jumping, rocket, mixing those 2 with grenades, strafe jumping, the "simplistic" quake 3 was a winner because of mobility. nothing comes close. (cept maybe tribes2 but it's a much slower game)
