Sigh......ignorance is bliss yes. DBZ ppl call it crap because of overhype and fanboyizm. the DBZ series, although not my favorite anime has inspired many a anime recently.....including Bleach. The KEY element you see in many anime today, the more lix they get, the stronger they get.
As for Blood, the short film win quite a few awards in Japan that year for short film. It was one of the first group of movies to start using Digital Animation on that level as well as English and Japanese voice acting for the US characters to give the characters a more realistic feal....by the way who is you again? what it is you do? what makes your opinion even WARRANT a thought?

Worst anime?  Hmmm.....  It would have to be 'Mermaid's Scar'.  Anime City try to show that one time, and men nearly came to BLOWS clamouring for its IMMEDIATE removal from the screen.

Blood had no plot, no character development nothing nothing interesting, it was 45 minutes about a immortal school girl killing some ugly vampires. Thank god it was real short! lol

Anyhoo, back on track.
Another anime that I haven't seen that could fall into the 'worst' category is Bubblegum Crisis. People seriously don't take well to that at all, and some even clamored for it to be taken off by several people in Anime City. Yikes.

Mouse, as fan-servicey as it was, was part good, part hella-annoying.
The theme song, particularly. Wouldn't miss it if I don't see it again.

Just because an anime was the inspiration for a popular show today does not make necessarily good.
That’s like saying half-life 1 was better than half-life 2 because 1 brought some new innovations.

And for the Blood i never said anything about the animation or voice acting, just that in that particular movie there was no interesting story ( which is most important= my opinion again), i doh know anything about following releases
