So far my results on the unlocked core suggest it's not stable, I will require more research to determine if that can be solved. That aside however, I thought it a good idea to put forward as an example how Benchmark Results should be released for consideration for ranking.

Against my better judgement XD and definitely not doing whats best for me I decided to throw caution to the wind and stability (at least my idea on that) and just clock as high as I could and run a benchmark. The following was the result:

PS I didn't run prime or linpack, etc as I KNOW it would not pass, but it would run 3DMark06 repeatedly so what the heck!

I have an 8800GT laying around (suppose to be in my son's machine). You have me tempted to try that physx trick.

so yu can physx on a xross fire board
then ill finnaly back that 8800 i have and fix it and try this as well

The 8800GT is strictly for PhysX, I wouldn't put it in otherwise. It's for the Benchmark. That being said OC whats this?



The obvious question is, your vantage score is with PhysX enabled or disabled?

@ crixx yes you can, it's takes some doing and a patch or two, but yes it runs on Xfire mobos.

I've run the X4 benchies and they are comparable to the X3 oddly so I won't use those for ranking purposes until it makes sense.

Quick points.

1) GJ with the cable mgmt.

2) How you get them new parts to stick to the side of the case so lol.

4) Talk about not trusting that xbox further than u can see it.
