everything sounds good so far about E3 yes, but i guess that the PS3 in a glass case for the same reason we only seeing developers using PS2 controllers, cuz it ent close to done.

Went to the UT2k6 showroom today. Lookin the same as 2k4 with good graphics, one extra vehicle they add so far. They show an in game botmatch

Of the next gen comnsoles XBOX 360 totally own everyone @ss. Really. Mostly because there was NOTHING for the rev or the PS3. NOTHING to play or demo, or even WATCH.

Even though we are CERTIAN the console was not playing the demos the controls were there. MOST likely they were hooked up to the developers kit. A guy at EA said no one has the console as yet, just the kit

boy, the plan was for me to make de turn with shivadee this year but I get blank on my vacation request. Bastards cancel all as things were so crazy at the office. Had to cancel my trip to Jamaica too, where I was hopin to check out the GLs across there.

but yeah, next year we go rally hard for that. Not as a prize, but we will see who could rally enough funds and vacation time to make it a gatt lime iwmc.

I not sure exactly how much it was gonna cost. Maybe shiv could do up a tally from after his trip and give us a good estimate. Pack some serious crixx and cheese in the suit case for a massive savings on the food bill. lol

To fly there, and get accomodations TRAVELOCITY or EXPEDIA is the bomb

Hotels cost me 75 US per night in Ramada Inn, which was 10 mins from E3. Damn good hotel for the price. MAke sure yuh stay in WEST LA, not EAST LA, or yuh go wish yuh didnt.

E3 is FREE once yuh in the videogame industry. The EXHIBITS ONLY badge i had was FREE. You could bonks in anywhere and do anything. For 5 bill US you get that AND the conference, which i find a waste because i come to play games and see games, not hear ppl talk about pixel shading and bump map ideas.

To go to and from okish in price.  a taxi take me there for 40 US a day. Yea is paper, but then you get  what you can.

Now there is a HOLIDAY INN right accross the friggin road from E3. But you gonna have to book real early, like all now and even pay down an ting. Companies come and rent out the whole damn hotel and ride, so organise now

The floor show is 3 days long. You may want to stay for about 5 days. the first day early to come in and get your pass. They do not mail it to people outside the US, you have to have it in person. Walk with your emails that they sent for confirmation and your passport for ID.

The final day is for much needed rest. This thing REALLY drains you the hell out. You dont sit down from 9am to 6pm and in all the excitement you only feel it when you step into your room. Because yuh boy was wearing he Nike (i doh trust no other shoe) mih foot was only hurting from all the walking. Mih cuz on the other hand was wearing he Umbro and he padna in boots, well them get blisters.

Walk with cash just incase you want to buy some T-shirts from the store. E3 Expo juzzy cost real paper, because is only there you get them, all kinda 25 dollars an ting. THe videogame Tshirts are free, just jump and fight for them in the crowd. If you get orn like an @ss there, talk about your "rights" an sh!t for some reason, they pelt your @ss out and never let you in again.  This year they had babylon, security and even bomb sniffin dogs. You can go in with bags and all that but they must be checked before going in.

Walk with money for food. It like movie towne with food. You cant walk in with food from outside and obviously the food there expensive. 10 dollars for a personal pizza dread. But when yuh so hungry you  really couldnt care less.

There is no ticket. You get a pass, and thats all you need.

To get the pass you must fill out  the form on the e3 website and send it in. Its an invitations only event so basically its up to THEM to determine if they want YOU to come.
