GATT:
The Gamers Association of Trinidad & Tobago was formed by a group of avid gamers with the purpose of glorifying electronic entertainment on the twin island of Trinidad & Tobago and by extension the Caribbean.
GATT prides itself in leading the Digital Entertainment Culture in the region and has worked at establishing several Gaming Locations (GLs). These provide facilities for the gaming public to participate in electronic sport and other related activities.
Significant Achievements:
# April 1999: First local Free Standard Game Server (FSGS) established. starcraft.uno.co.tt
# April 1999: GATT Mailing list established.
# August 1999: GameCon I Quake 3 tournament held.
# January 2000: NBC Associates of Diego Martin established as a GATT Location (GL)
# April 28th 2000: CTCL of Chaguanas established as a GL.
# May 19th 2000 : First Quake 3 and second FSGS server established, code named Pikachu. quake3.tstt.net.tt and starcraft.tstt.net.tt
# October 4th 2000: GATT site moved to its own domain.

# August 19th 2000: Clan Jade Falcon joins GATT.

# October 2000: Caribbean Gamers Association formed.
# November 4th 2000: GATT showcases the Sony Playstation 2.
# April 7th 2001: Second Quake 3 and Third FSGS server established, code named Raichu. quake3.gatt.co.tt and starcraft.gatt.co.tt
# July 12th 2001: Utopia mailing list established.
# September 1st 2001: TECH mailing list established.
# November 2001: Starcraft & Quake 3 Tournament held in conjunction with Rotary Club of Trinidad & Tobago.
# January 2002: GATT Showcases the X-Box and Nintendo Gamecube.
# June 8th 2002: Sip and Surf of St. Augustine established as a GL.
# Oct 2002: GATT HeadQuarters established as a GL and base of operations.
# Nov 2002: Name of the Game Tournament: Dead or Alive and Virtua Fighter
# Jan 2003: Euro+ Established as a GL
# Aug 2004: GameCon 2004 Tournament
# Aug 2004: Clan Leader Tournament
# Nov 2004: Central Gaming Cafe established as a GL
