Setup internet connection sharing on the PC e.g. My PC ip: 192.168.1.2Wintry just to clarify something, the ICS is to be on the VPN connection not the Home Lan so how does setting up ICS using your lan IP going to work. Or did I misunderstand what you were saying?

Or did I misunderstand what you were saying?You understand now why I had to ask? Not using a 2nd network card in your PC makes things thatmuch more complicated. You now have to have a pretty decent understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, routing,DNS, etc if you're going to set this up using your existing physical setup.
