What is it? the new pacman now dont go thinkin oh damn another 3d pacman remake of pacman. No its a brand new pacman with 2d graphics that somehow manages to look amazing, its amazing how good it looks while keeping the classic pacman style. Its available on Xbox arcade and i would be happy to pay for it if it were to ever come to ps3.

You are talking about Pacman CE (Championship Edition). Yes it is a great remake of Pacman, I have it along with 66 other Live Arcade titles. It's very challenging as you try to survive as long as possible. The graphics are very easy on the eyes and the game is uber fun.

LOL well if you check Bungie's website the stats from 1 day of halo 3 traffic is amazing, over 1.2 million gamers were playing Halo 3 online yesterday with over 4 Million games played, and over 470 Million kills in Campaign alone. AMAZING what one game can do. See for yourself: http://www.bungie.net/

P.S. how come we haven't heard a peep from the PS3 fanboys recently?? Hmmmm....Awfully quiet on the PS3 side of the fence...

It seems that the 65 nm 'Xenon' CPU boxes have arrived.  Great, so all of you who were 'brakesing' from buying a 360, can now take along hard look at it.
I wonder if there's a way to tell on the box if you've got one.

Really great news
Might then decide on getting a 360 for christmas...  :awesome:

Hopefully by then we'll know whether the RROD problem is still widespread with these new systems...

Wow this is really good news, question though, for systems that have RROD'd and are under warranty, will they replace the Processor with one of the new ones?

Well I will soon find out Laertes, as I am expecting Microsoft to send back W1nTry's two Xbox 360's that RROD'd, hopefully there is some indication that they swapped the board and chip out with Falcon. Keep you posted.

LOL, aight I give you a chakra, what's up Spartan? Finally got Halo 3 I see...I haven't had much time to spend with the game, so I am rusty, but CowSquad and RumBaby have been playing very often, I think this Friday we may sweat some, so we'll play then. Take it easy on me though, cause I am still getting used to the Multiplayer and controls...LOL

Bungie, Microsoft part company

The Halo slips, according to leaked email

By Jesse Denzin-Weber: Tuesday, 02 October 2007, 10:49 PM

Falk AdSolution

THE RUMOUR MILL is spinning again after a Seattle Post-Intelligence reader posted an email received from a friend of a higher-up, stating that the creator of the massively popular Xbox series Halo, Bungie, has separated from Microsoft.

The email states Microsoft gets to keep all rights to the ‘Halo’ franchise and says the official announcement won’t be released until October 6th, so as to not impact the quarterly results.

Bungie was acquired by Microsoft in 2000, where it gained exclusive publishing and distribution rights to select Bungie-developed titles, including Halo. Microsoft has denied the split saying, “There’s been no such announcement. We continue to celebrate the tremendous success of the global phenomenon that is ‘Halo 3.’”

According to the email Microsoft was interfering with various aspects of Bungie’s business. It claims Voles were fiddling in everything Bungie did, from marketing to public relations. According to the email, Microsoft was also “stingy” with profits.

Whether the email is genuine or not remains to be seen.
