We mainly play DOTA on an international PVPGN server now mugsy.

server.eurobattle.net

Over 6000 people on there so you can always get a game. Highly recommended to host your own game on the server and let people join. You get 0 lag that way.

Sounds too good to be true, I know. Well if you are on TSTT DSL, a little bit of work is involved to do the hosting.. You must port forward TCP 6112 to your computer from your DSL router to be able to host.

Once that's done, prepare for DOTA nirvana.

If you have wc3 installed already and patched up to 1.20c then all you need is this file.

If you're starting from scratch, then here are the instructions from the horses mouth:

Hello everybody and welcome to Eurobattle.net, Warcraft III Server !
How to connect to Eurobattle.net ?
-First of all you need to install both Blizzard products: Warcraft III RoC , Warcraft III TFT
-Secondly you must have latest patch relased by Blizzard (1.20c currently)
You may download 1.20c here : http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=mwr0744p
also if u are looking for some old patches you can try this link : http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/war3x/patches/
-Pick your PC/MAC system then search for the patch you want to download !
-After you have downloaded and INSTALLED the patch on your Warcraft III , download and install http://eurobattle.net/w3battle_120c.exe in your current Warcraft III directory.
-Two new icons are going to appear on your desktop, which are launchers for our server.
-You may now run RoC/TFT icon and HIT Battle.NET button and you are done! Now you have to create an account by clicking on the CREATE ACCOUNT button. Pick a name and a password after you AGREE WITH TERMS !
-At login use your name.
-After you are in, you may decide wether to play LADDER or CUSTOM games.
ATTENTION !!!
YOU DO NOT REQUIRE ANY OTHER FILE EXCEPT THE ONCE I POSTED HERE IT IS ENOUGH TO DO THIS STEPS

thanks for the run thru but i gettin an internal server error when i tryin tuh download the file. I'm not sure if this is just ah temporary thing but does it have any other link from which we can access the file

I just downloaded the file not once, but twice, just to make sure the link was working.
