7900GS 256mb

3dmark 2001 - 28175

Nice benchines there.

One thing I do want to point out is always run the 06 benchmarks at default if possible, the resolution scores can change by 1000! points just dropping down the rez ( in 06 hacked version! ).

and OH btw note the c2ds are dominating he bechmarks :D

MUHAHAHAHAAHAAAA
Anyone notice that a 3500+ (SINGLE CORE) and the 3800+ (lowest dual core A64 just like the 6300 being the lowest C2D offering) have comparative scores than the C2D? with the SAME video card??? hmm funny that... (for prowl who clearly is getting as blind as crixx, I am reffering to Arcman posts). What this talk about dominating? I don't see any AM2 FX cpus on this forum. We know C2D dominates overall, but as far as GATT goes, where is the AMD contrasting platform to make such comments?

*W1nTry watches on in horror as prowl shaves head, dyes skin blue and begins to make funny pinging and ponging noises*

Before I shave my head, Arcman's benches were done @ 1024x768, which would give him close to 1000 3dmark06 points bonus over the rest of us running 1280x1024! The 3dmark05 results show this as it is 1024x768 by default, I ran my 3dmark05 and 06 @ 1280x1024!

Not his fault really but with the 15' monitor it can't handle full rez.

now if I were to run @ the lower rez hummmmmmmmmmmm

Now with that said I am not a crixx level fan boy, still waiting to see k8l before I shave my head and ............

Now to flame rb!

HOW DARE YOU INSULT THE C2D BY PUTTING IT IN A DELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

really gotta get me 2k1 and 2k5 again, all i got since my last upgrade is 2k6.

6625 '06, had to back down the cpu - think i'm overdoing the power 550w antec tp when my gpu goes up this high. Cpu backed down from 4.51 to 4.3GHz (solved a slowdown in 3dmark and poor cpu score but only when gpu get pushed hard), got the gpu up from 621MHz core, 1440 Memory to 715(15%) MHz core, 1746(21%) memory.

Could be the 2 new harddrives I stuck in is nipping some of the power I once used. Either way, I wont miss the 200MHz.

We all right here, waiting paitently for some one to even come close :P

Remember your x1900xt is +50 over the gt I have, and you only manage to barely equal my stock speed score, in 3dmark06 hummmmmmm!

in 3dmark or 5 the same but in 03 and 01 remember we were hitting 40-50,000!!!!

that and your cpu score is still soft.
