has anyone seen this as yet, it isn't out but I mean screens. The character list is dissapointingly small. I'll leave it like this, "I do not want to pick Ryu to fight a dinasaur/dragon thing!"

Oh you mean Capcom Fighting Jam, it's pretty broken. All the Darkstalker characters basically own everyone else for free.

ok ok. good looking. so what do you think of it?

I think they need to step up to the plate and do something revolutionary on some SF type s***, you know.

They need to make another Street Fighter that has the blood of SF running through it. I didn't take to Thrid strike cause it was too much of a drastic change from what made SF sucessful! Come on 2 street fighters and a typically hidden chacter with a whole bunch of what seemed to be clones, The German strong dude subed for the Russian strong dude, the stretchy man subbed for another stretchy man. Come on. They need to quit all these crossover titles and make something new in terms of

new combos
New costumes (no drastic change like Ryu in a suit or anything like that)
New characters along side original characters.
New specials.
new modes.

ya feel me. If we continue to buy these clone titles they will never give us something fresh.

if you spent a little more time with 3rd strike you'll see that they did do some new stuff. If they used the same sf formula then it would have been seen as another sf2 clone which woulda have set back capcom even further than they are now.

I couldn't spend any more time with that game because it did not feel like a SF game. I have played every single SF title and enjoyed all of them expect this one. Hmmmm.....

it got sub par reviews from egm and ign and someother place

mainly scores of 5 and below. i think the highest score was 5.6

funny thing is even svc chaos got higher scores

lol, capcom has just pushed it a little too far. lets team up everything and have the sheep buy it! if we put ryu and ken in it, they're sure to like it!

I'm still waiting on SvC(Sammy vs Capcom). This EVO thing looks like SvC with six buttons most likely. The backgrounds look very SNKish.

Anyone have info on a PS2 release of Melty Blood or something? I mean we have to have something to look forward to.

and i do think its silly to have the street fighters fighting dinosaurs.

Weak capcom.

THe sammy capcom would be cool

buh de capcom characters would then need to be able to utilise the sammy fighting system.

air dashing and that combo breaky thingy and *groan* maybe then reintroduce hyper cancelling into the sf characters a la ex (eww).

If I see Ryu with a False Roman Cancel Frame on his Hadouken, I'll go crazy. How many times have I dreamt the possibilities of rushdowns by running after your own hadouken? One too many it seems.

by the way, this is a little off topic, but has anyone ever seen a version of Ryu with metal wings? I saw it in a combo video that rb put me on too. its a quick shot, but I am sure it's ryu, and the wings sorta look like Samurai thigh armor

anyone ever see it?

I think i wanted to or did say that i think they need to change up street fighter.. Not to say thing but take a page from deceptiona and MKDA change is really really really good. I really think it is time for ryu to get grey hair. I say kill of some characters for their students. I doh mean ken/ sean but things like that start bringin fresh faces. I like Street fighter 3 for that but still i want an older ryu i mean how long d man go look 20.

I wanted to see ryu get rid of his evil intent while finally killing akuma who should find sagat and turn him into a new being (yes i know that is where my name is from) just because he is a true contender against pure ryu. I wanted Bison to make a return as really frail but strong no azz with some bawd up psychic attacks.

I wanted a new boss build around all the fighter not completedly new. Like a character who is a sort of spirit, yeah vanquish badda man sagat for a spirit akuma. Concluding with my final idea of bringin a spiri gouken ( he is to replace ken who should be raisin his damn family like guile).

Of course a new military man should come out but to replace rolento and Fei long wanna bie should come out 2.. Just some ideas
