yea, i guess you can delete this post after, bu first i NEED to find out what is the frequency for cells down here, cause to buy a new cell down here would be way to firggin expensive, so buy it abroad, but i wanna know what frequency, of course the phone has to be unlocked and stuff...so yea, thanks, oh and please include anything else i should know...thanks

I do believe the frequency is 1800MHz or so, either way, when buying a cell phone from abroad you should ask for a TRI BAND phone that way, regardless of the frequency you are guaranteed that it will work. Rem the key here TRI BAND.

yea it is...is 900/1800mhz...TSTT has it on their site.....

Be that as it may, TSTT doesn't use the 900MHz range though.. why do u think GSM sucks so terribly inside a structure with 4 walls and a roof? actually sometimes less than 4 walls...
