That's the spirit, ArkAngel.
Just keep trying your hardest, and you'll be able to tango with the big guns. Heck, look at what it did for Gemman!

Javid, looks like you backed the right duelist. Hidden thanks too, but hear d scene i can take the talk about me, but don't ever insult my clan again please, thas all i have to say about that. I enjoyed the tournament, even though after the first round the only Legionnairres left were Chicken and i and we still made it straight through to the final. For all who said that i couldn't do it( win without my emperor and powerful cards), this one was for you. I still don't think that i'm the champion in Trinidad, because as chicken said, when you've had enough experience and arrived at the level that most of us are at, it simply comes down to who draws the better cards and who uses it the best.

Too bad some of allyuh couldn't stay, u all woulda enjoy urself!
Pelau, pina coladas and wantons prepared by my sis, with plenty drinks to back it up!!!! Anyone who eats my sister's cooking could say how well that went down!
Also, we run some good games of cards, and not dueling mind u...HANG JACK IYMC!!!
We did get some ppl come out afterwards for the lime, and it was all good...that was the most enjoyable part of it, and even get dem to help out with making stuff to cook!
That's what it's about...not the prizes and whatnot, but the limeand having fun no matter what. That was more than worth the loss incurred on myself and my bro's behalf IMO

We would have liked to lime for a while, but we didn't have the time that day. The tourney was the best one yet!! Well organised, no sprangers and everyone I talked to enjoyed the tough competition of the best of the best.
I would have liked to get in some more practice. I was really playing poorly...making some unimaginable mistakes.
Lack of practice as always. But I had a great time.
SPK, instead of giving boxes as prizes just pay out cash depending on the number of entrants. Those I spoke to did not play solely for the prizes, but for the ranking and the opportunity to prove they had what it takes to duke it out with the best. If you organise official tournaments like this one on a regular basis with marginally reduced cost and accordingly reduced prizes you can bet that we will be there!
P.S. I got Jinzo, CoTH, GAF and IO among others in the Box I was selling!

I will take that into consideration, if players can be consistently guaranteed to show up, then there could be others arranged in due time...
What gonna cost really from what we see is providing for drinks!
Food would be not too expensive though, and that's something that wasn't taken into consideration by those who came...the fee included drinks and breakfast and, for those who stayed later on, dinner for the day!

Dang. Sounds like I missed quite a shindig when I left that day.
Woot @ Computerman's luck. That's some good dinero you're getting for those cards right there.
Anyway, it seems that everybody has had their say on the tournament, and, now that it's over, there's no more need for the thread to stay open. SPK, it's up to you if you want to get more feedback, but, in the meantime, this thread is closed.
Good Game, everybody.
