You heard right...the ECS PF88 supports both Intel P4 at 1066FSB on the LGA775 platform, and...by virtue of an add-in card...the AMD 939 A64...

Finally there's no excuse for you sad Intelites to switch over :P :D

Goddamn..., I JUST read the article and come to post it and man like Czar done put down a place article no jutsu... ah well, this is interesting indeed. I am not sure how the add in is affecting the performance of the system when running as an @MD based one, but at least it give us more options. Interesting indeed.

Options, yes, but so long that it will be just as viable to get the AMD processor and the add-in card... not that surprising though....old idea, newer technology.

*remembers the AMD Overdrive chips that used to be developed for the 486/586 processors...*
