Well you can use a regular blcklight(with a small ballast). Just open the psu and tap the power into the raw 110V socket  before the breaking down of the curent. (wouldnt advise it tho)
And if you do find one for a pc, you'll need alot of power to push it without bothering the system.

Altering psu in such way will make quality of power supplied lesser.

I got a few black lights from syscom a while ago . i cant remember his number offhand but u can get it from the express .
