What do you guys think about this game. i find it looks like a mad game and if i could when it is out i am going to buy it. but i would like to hear what you guys and gals think about it.

Well I know most of you haven't got to check out star wars battle front yet but from the bits you've seen. please say which is best thought i think most of you might say Doom 3.

by this game i take it u mean Star Wars Battle Front

i've never been much of a star wars fan but from what i've hear this game suppose to change the trend of all past star wars games tha jus didnt quite cut it.
if u have any other info send the link and i'll be happy to tell you what i think

IT is a MAD game, the maps are HUGE tho, not much of a drawback if you playin a 20 a side match, but you need a gl that can handle that capacity, but the game is overall a good lil challenge in my opinion and like UO your comrades actually kill people and help instead of running in front of your bullets...well...lasers i mean

there's one restriction in my opinion in Doom3 that makes it lose out to BF as a Multiplayer and that's because the cap limit in Doom in the multiplayer is 4...which really sucks..

Like I said in the old thread from the old board...it's the most fun I've had in a long time

I wasn't much of a Battlefield 1942 fan, but this game really intrigues me...I try to play it every mornin before comin to work...get's the blood pumping

Battlefront is simply more fun for me than Doom 3...big respect to Carmack and all, but Battlefront definitely gets my vote

Doom 3 jus looks preety 2 me not much on gameplay, i find the game play kinda dull but battle front iz dread beatiful graphic and gameplay

I don't think that is true. now way they would do such a thing. I guess i was wrong about most of you people liking doom3 to battle front.

Recon droid = secondary weapon...use G (default key) to switch to it then right-click to activate...you will be switched to the droid's view...go to where you wanna call the ion strike and right-click...you'll hear some beeping...by the fourth beep...boom

Ion cannon iymc

The droid can't take much damage though...so beware...it also can shoot (left-click) so maybe that'll help a bit...usually I'm fairly close to where I wanna make the strike and I switch to the droid and immediately activate the ion cannon strike so that by the time I get to the spot I want it...timer's up

Note: The ion cannon strike drops where the droid is, not where it's aiming! And it would be wise to hide your guy well, cos once you go into droid mode, there's no turning back till it's dead...
