What is your favourite FPS game of all time?

SOFII in barn is the best. it requires skill,accuracy and timing.
CTF's are jed.......team work wins the game.
understanding that there is no "I" in team is essential to winning.

HALF LIFE II , halo and sof2 are half assed pretenders that you people play too much .  SofII has the worst single player i'v ever played [ enter the matrix is better, albeit laggier]  and the multiplayer can't stand up to Wolfenstein , Day of Defeat or Counterstrike !

can be enjoyable with only 2 ppl
or even bout 12 ppl
wolfenstein and CS need a good group of ppl to be fun

Well having not yet played HL2  id say the best FPS played had to be Far Cry.

you see i have a system capable of running it

the game is extremely balanced with adaptive AI, lavish visuals and a solid plot. frankly the best Fps experience youll ever get to date. its sad nobody does sweat it

maybe because noone sweats farcry
because all it has is looks
its not really an exciting experience
its not fast paced like SOFII or Unreal Tournament
its not stealthed paced like Ravenshield
and its not tactical based  like CoD or Counter Strike

it just cant stand up to the other games
its not killspree friendly in other terms

and we all know that fps on a console mostly sucks
except for probably SOCOM (series)
otherwise the best fps are all on PC

Jet Force is not a FPS but its great anyway.
SoFII is great cos its flexible easy to get into, impossible to master. I wonder when the next Jet Force comin out, if it comin out....

Who knows but the first 1 was great. My best fps's are SoF2, Half life 1 and 2(including cs) and of course goldeneye and perfect dark for the N64.
