X-600 and 9600xt are same ting, though X-600 is a bit faster , if it beats an X-600 , it will eat up the 9600 too .

yup..if I remember correctly the 9600 has approx. 4 data pipelines while the X-600 has about 8...btw there is an X-800 XT and that ain't falling nowhere behind the 6200.
