has anyone ever suffered a Taurine, Ribose, or Ginseng overdose?

this morning i came into the office, the stress was on my desk, i was dead tired cause i didn't sleep lastnight. First it was one, then two then before i knew it. I was on my sixth rebull. about 30 mins later my head was spinning like crazy, that taurine can be a b*tch!

I think you'd benefit better from that advice, carlsberg....

But all kidding aside, I think he may be on to something here.
You may have to do those types of drinks in moderation from now on.
Who KNOWS what that Taurine is all about.
As a matter of fact, you NEVER see things like Taurine or Ribose in anything but those drinks......just what is up with that?
