My Gamertag is RedlumTT, actually came up with this when i set-up my Xbox Live account on the first Xbox when Halo 2 was the game to sweat online...it stems from one of my favorite TV shows back in the 90's...some of you might know it..The X-Files..hence my name Redlum, which is Mulder spelt backwards, I added the TT later on when I got my 360 and decided to change my tag from Redlum08 to RedlumTT...

For me its two fold

1. Berzerk -(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berzerk) had an affinity for these types of games as a kid. Would sneak over to my neighbors home to play. Heck one of my earliest memories was playing pacman on a mini arcade machine I had at home. Must have been three years old or so at the time. Since then Ive always loved aimlessly shooting stuff.

Watched it loved it, found the main character Guts to be the epitome of baddassery and just sheer brute force and ignorance. (somewhat juvenile but say what.)

Been considering a name change of late though...

Originally came up with Reaper2051 an that stuck with me during the Euro+ days

Then i went with Immortal_Rites for a couple of days as a shout out to one of my favorite Morbid Angel songs of the same name.

After those days I ran with a crew on COD4 for a while an when we spoke on Vent and I use to laugh alot they sometimes call me Joker so I went from Immortal_Rites to Immortal Joker.

Now I go by EAGLE_66 as a member of the Eagles Squadron clan.

I usually go by AvatarTT on the PC. Started using that since 2008 in anticipation of the movie Avatar, being a James Cameron fan.

Unfortunately someone else is using AvatarTT as their PSN ID. So I came up with BloodyAvatar for that. The "Bloody" part comes from being a Dexter fan. "Born in Blood"

Made up the name Archer whilst playing COD4/COD2 in internet cafes and the name just stuck. Also I kinda take shots from a distance...like an archer

I came up with W1nTry prolly 2006/7 when I got my xbox, it came from wintry (click for meaning) which I picked up for an msn handle since 1995 thereabouts. At the time I wanted something to convey the attitude of being cold (which I am apparently quite alot) so I chose wintry, when l33tsp3@k came my way and XBL it became what it is now.

My name is actually Quicksilver. I was one of the first (if not THE first) to consistently and competently play KI2 on Ultra Speed in arcades and my character of choice was Fulgore in a dark, dirty-looking chrome colour, infinite Ultra combo included.

Ultra Speed + Dutty chrome = Quicksilver

Of course, that doesn't usually fit when signing for your score so I shortened it to "Q". I'm a bit of a combo nut and ppl liked to watch me play so they saw when I signed "Q" and I've been known as that ever since. Also when I was heavy into "gym-busting", I would go to a strange arcade, kick everyone's ass without saying a word, sign "Q" and then leave. As far as they knew, "Q" was my name.

My gamertag came about naturaly i believe. you shoot me, hence the expression "Agokillya" which in the latin term meaning:

"A" - I am, meaning me

"go" - goin to, at some point eventualy

"kill" - self explanitory

"ya" - meaning you, your split screen buddy and everyone else in your clan, maybe your dog too.

I came up with mine back in 06 when I started playing CS...to many ppl hand my nickname froggy so I decided to make something new and while listening to some Bob Marley I figured I would use something with Jah in it and I played around with a few names till i did a google on Jarrox and there was nothing using that name so I registered it on steam.

@ o/c what does it stand for then?

Mine came from Metal Gear Solid, when i played it, it was one of the most amazing games i ever came across. I used to go by "liquid" and the character liquid snake really caught my eye. I changed it to "LiQuiDSNaKe" but that's too long to keep typing everywhere so i changed it to LQDSNK which is the same thing anyway, somehow people rarely recognise it as that though.

Got mine from playing Unreal Tournament 2003. Allyuh remember the announcer used to say things like "DOUBLE KILL", "MULTI KILL" etc.. well one of the things he used to say was FLAK MONKEY! (activated after getting 15 kills with the flak cannon or something). I mistakenly heard "mad monkey" and adopted it as my gamer tag. When I eventually found out the correct thing I was like..."f*ck it, mad monkey sounds cooler anyway"

but, in ninja gaiden 2 for the NES, when u go to fight the boss...
the song that is heard kinda sounded like
"doom tack doom tack doom tack doom tack"... (i was really young)
so since i was small i always called all bosses in any game,
a doomtack...
