yow i was pondering this for a while now, we know we have some of the hottest gamers in the region and maybe even in the world. Why dont we take small steps like having a caribbean sof2 or something. or if we really wanna take on the big fish , organise a "national squad in sof" and through "taxes" on sweat we raise a large enough 1st prize that an american or other team will be enticed.
I really believe in us. I havent played nearly enough of the "hot men" in sof but it has already convinced me that our level of skill is quite on par with some of the american teams. And hell we have the world record in cricket , in swimming. lets show them what we've got!
we can even make an annual carib-games fest
where national teams in sof cod mohaa mohsh, quake, halo, ut2004
sumthing like [TNT]-doublesman or whatever WE CAN DO IT
i believe in us we have to think on a larger scale.

yeah boy i jus mc get outta bed and typing this i eh even have meh eye open yet. But for real fellas i wah do that, organise a team and get into contact with some US clans and see if any of them are up for the challenge. But i havent been able to find any sites or anything but i will keep looking

no one really has links to international clans cause 90% of you dont play online

i can hook up games with otehr organisations like gatt in canada and the states since before gatt that is all i did was play online.

im in a foreign clan
kukka owns a foreign clan
gameboyz plays foreign clans online

games like cod, sof2 require good bandwidth, 56k wont cut it. most people still on 56k and as one of you said 90% of people dont play online, which is a wrong percentage by far though but still the point remains its due to bandwidth limits. those on broadband have 0 excuse for not playing games online an thing though, but the 56kers have their excuse for fps games. no clan wants to play with you with you having 300+ping. infact clan servers have a max ping limit of like 150 or so. so its impossible for you to join anyway

perhaps we can call up all the broadband users because i know quite a few of them on the gatt chat channel.

i was refering that figure mostly to gameslike cod
i know like 90$% of the peeps who rave about cod dont play online cause they never bought the game
which really requires a real cd key for online game play.

I say the main reason is finance not most people have access to the required capital to first get a broad band connection even if its available in your area and also the just the amount of money to get the mc games and them original.... And also if there is a drive in the individual gamers in the organisation to make a name for themselves internationally i dont even have one again to make a name for myself locally i am just a passing fad in the wind with the lost of games like MOHAA....

Amm i a washed up gamer is it over for me

anyway back to the point finance and drive and finance to send local gamers to places like QUAKE con and all the international tourneys
