I got myself a pretty good glass chess set from Toymart in Trincity Mall, at $200, with a glass chess board and glass checkers pieces included.
Pretty nifty.
I also believe that one of the $10 and up stores opposite the Laughing Buddha in town has a really exquisite one selling for the same price.

the african art store in long-circular mall on the 2nd floor has some glass boards as well as marble boards, and stone and marble pieces.
dunno price but that store not cheap.
