WTK Vid card issue

Fellas i get a lil small up grade on muh system so i looking for a semi-decent vid card to get back into muh gaming groove

i have a lil 500 to spare with a free AGP slot free any advice? I looking at the NX7300GS from Diamond systems any other advice?

7300gs might be just the same speed as a 5200, at best, only slightly faster. Your best option if you want to get even have a chance of playing some latest titles, you need to look at at least a 7600gt or 7600gs if things tight.

I cant say where exactly you'll be able to get those parts. Generally, those things are not seen down here, but you can try the usual suspects...Wizz, Inter PC, Circuit Zone. If they do have them, it will be expensive...you can make up ypur mind about that. Your best bet is ordering online. It usually comes out a lot cheaper.

If you looking to game remember not to look below x600GS for any series from nvidia.
As for the card, let me put it to you this way, I saw an 76gt here (EVGa) for TT$1800, yuh might get a biostar for 1200 but that is all i saying bout that and since is AGP you looking at yuh might not find anything better than a 62

best thing, see if anyone here got a 66 or 68 AGP lying around, yuh might find that faster

or better yet, like unknown say, order it

Yeah, what they said.  If you on AGP, you need a 6600 GT, 7600 GS/GT or nothing at all.
There is also the 6800 GS/GT/XT and the 7800/7900 series as well, but those a lil pricier.
I'm afraid that $500 is not enough.  You need to triple that at least.  (It sucks, but these cards aren't cheap.)
