Definitely too small.

If I am going that tiny, I'll buy a pre-assembled steam machine. My fingers not small and slender enough to navigate around that minuscule case.

The only 'con' I can see (for me at least)  is that it now puts a harder limit on the size of graphics card you can use.

Airflow might be a bit of an issue too.

The fact that it still supports a regular size PSU is great.
The logo/power-button is also a nice touch.

It's probably the beefiest card at that form-factor that will comfortably fit in there.
