flow shenanigans

about 3 months now i have playing my usual games BO2,CS, BO1and lately some mmo's :/
and for 3 months i have been getting my usual ping in game ranging from 123-200 ms
but while playing every 1-2 mins my ping skyrockets to 500 and mostly players warp and i warp
so i posted here as a last resort too see if i can get some expert advice on this...
btw even pingtest cannot give me a latency reading :/
i have tried
-changing the flow router
-buying a new one [nexxt -worked nice ]
-calling flow and having them check out my problem
-buying ethernet cables
-swearing at the router (never worked)
thanks for anyone that could help please suggest anything i really desperate here boi
btw here is a speedtest i don't see any problems but in game i getting destroyed

Well it seems like you covered everything I would have thought of.

The only other thing I could suggest is if you can *somehow* use a neighbour's Flow connection, and see if the issue is replicated there.
If it doesn't then Flow may have to physically rebuild your connection.  Getting them to do THAT however is a battle that I can't tell you
how to even BEGIN to fight.  Once it passes their woefully rudimentary tests, it staying jus so.

not sure if troll cause that blink 2 years ago was the reason i switched to flow
but can anyone vouch for them i not going on contract with them if they still have the same bs

Still a lot of things left to try

1) Did you try another machine?

2) Did you try using the machine directly into the flow modem? (sans any router at all, this way no one else can share the bandwidth of your connection)

3) Did you try a replacement flow modem? (preferably one without wireless)

Let me know if you have any further trouble and we can get someone out there to resolve.

i have a laptop and a desktop so i got the 1st one and oi tried the second i will
try the 3rd although i did get a replacement modem about 6 months ago cause the old one had a shaky
cable connection.
