Well, OP say cheap and working, and this cheap and working for more than a year. But check PRW, they have a CoolerMaster 500W for about $320 on their pricelist.

As for video cards the EVGA offered by TnTGhost is a bess deal.

On tuner there's a Radeon HD 6850 going for $550 and a 6870 going for $595. Both are 1gb ddr5 i believe.

DDR ram i can't say.
