It is with a very heavy heart I report the closure of Phenomic Studios.
The maker of my beloved Spellforce RTS/RPG games.

Spellforce 2 did a repeat of the original's success and scored a respectable 80/100 metascore.
No easy accomplishment for a game that tries to be both an RTS and an RPG at the same time. Catering to two very different types of gamers and running the risk of pissing off both. lol
Really sad to see them go as this means Spellforce 3 won't be materializing. The game has no equal since it stood alone in a genre it created.
Was really looking forward to a modern release with all the graphical bells and whistles.
