Changing Lanes was good sure... but I'm guessing you didn't see Good Will Hunting, Argo, The Town, Boiler Room, State of Play, Smokin' Aces, Hollywoodland, even Jay and Silent Bob Strikes back was funny. The guy directed 3 good movies (two which he starred it and one which this year I seem to recall win Oscar for best movie)

The author's point was to demonstrate that in the grand scheme of things...this 'news' is absolutely inconsequential,
and yet people took to Twitter like a swarm of wasps and focused their angst in the wrong direction.

I'm still waiting for the storm of Twitter protest for the aforementioned (suspected) gas attack.

Yes I thought the point about it not being funny was obvious when Arc said ppl priorities in the wrong place?

And Bale and Nolan weren't going to return because it would undermine His whole Dark Knight Trilogy its not even set in the same world, Batman is just being rebooted sooner than later and without the usual origin story rehash that you might have usually gotten and it is time for a more comic book Batman to grace the screens. Nolan is the producer on this so pretty sure his name didn't come out of a hat lol.

Here a few articles to help ppl better accept this. Yes he was in Daredevil but he wasn't bad the director and writer were....case in point same mofos went on to make the first Ghost Rider movie......and that time was a spotty point in Ben's career but he as come a long way in that 10 yrs.

Someone was asking for his best recent work, yes Argo and The Town but add Hollywoodland to that as well.

So just give it a chance, if you see the movie in 2015 and still don't like him fair is fair.
