Im assuming the model phone in your sig is the model you have. In that case the i9500 is the octa core buddy. Arm big little configuration. At any one time it's really only a quad core phone as only either the big or little is active. Thought you would have known this...

Spot on.

One quad-core is for 'on-demand' usage and the other quad-core is for 'low-power' states.

Cool the reason while I notice when I did another beach I saw that some people got 2000 points more then me with the same S4 the software used was 3D mark I got 8350 and alot of people got 10300.

So I was just wondering.

Yeah the at&t and other carrier variants use the adrino 320 graphics while the i9500 uses a power vgr GPU. The adreno 320 is the more powerful of the two and therefore scores higher in a graphics benchmarks like 3d mark.  In terms of graphics benchmarks the adreno wipes the floor with the competition. As for real world performance, there is very little difference.
