My phone is reading the edge network, but i have no data service. Is the transition to 4G supposed to be seamless, or do we need to call TSTT?
Doh mind meh slow wifi speeds, flow playin up these days. 5 mins of web chat and 4g was activated and ready to go.

I wouldn't put that one the CSR. I have a feeling TSTT/bmobile is rolling out all these things and not talking to the people who have to talk to the customers. They not giving them an FAQ to work with or a script, but i'm sure they are telling them, don't tell the customer you don't know, even though that is the case.
