A signup fee would be required/minimal me thinks.
I want a Response from people who think they would be interested in participating.
We would love to have a shoutcast running, but it would have to be of the dota 2 replay, livestreaming shoutcasts would be unfair if teammates were listening in.
We can do fun prizes as well like.
