Well everything seems pretty good for an average pc but I do however recommend that you substitute a 1GB of RAM for the 512MB if you are into serious gaming...btw what about the most important feature...a floppy drive man.
Righteousness can only be acheived by one who has good intentions and a non-biased perspective...hence the only alignment for a true paladin is neutral good and not lawful good.

that system roxor!!!!!

just flash your vid card or bios mod it and you got a 5900 ultra.

www.omegacorner.com , get the latest nvidia drivers, uninstall the old ones, restart, install this and choose the "soft mod driver" if it supports the 5900SE-5900 ultra soft mod

Faster .. for .... wha ?

wanna go faster, get a better processor, or try overclockin that one if u want ... though with heat problems, u should check and see if that heatsink is attached properly( with a good spread of thermal grease )
Could probably go double DDR too for some extra speed, would need a nforce2 mobo though .. or maybe kt880  :D ( kt880 be sweeeet )

for the heat, maybe your computer case is clustered , with three hard drives and 2 ( or 3 ?) optical drives, i your case is probably pretty jumbled up. even if you have one of those big server cases...

check your airflow, make sure there is a clear path from the front fan(s) to the backfan(s) .... well as clear as possible atleast..

how many case fans you got in there anyway ?
from those specs, you should have about 3 or 4 ....

I had a Gforce5200  gave it away its only after installing the 5900 and the 3rd hardrive i started getting a heat problem. iam using the stock fan with the processor so i guess ill get the Volcano 9 fan. As for airflow i have one in front pushing in and on the side also and 2 at the back pushing out
