IE. for ur information a goverment of country control the spectrum allocated to uses . WI MAX would have to be allocated spectrum and they got to go through the goverment .
WI MAX is termed as a Damm WAN not a LAN that why goverment don't regulated 802.11a/b/g or any other version of wireless net since it done over a lan

Um, no.  Somebody has a license for 802.11b.  Probably unenforceable, but it is technically a violation of the law to run WiFi.

wifi has ah limit so it best used for lan
it has places dat have wifi in de whole dam town but it still under lan
i doh really think wifi was made for de global market as a source of data tranfer
so it not 802.11 licensed
every communication has ah broadcast limit
cat5 has a limit up too 300ft
optics has a limit on bandwith
so this is de trend
wimax eh going to get ah chance to knock on trinidad shores
because dey tech have better places to go
