Good choice. The P965 chipset has matured nicely, so you shouldn't have any problems with stability.
Between the various vendors, the mobos themselves cannot be diffrentiated too much in terms of performance
so the only real differences will be the board layout and features.
I like the inclusion of older ports, like the COM and parallel ports in particular, while still including
the optical-out port as well.
I don't think you can go wrong with this board.
