Not sure if they are still in woodbrook , haven't been in a while but they also had a bess salmon (yeah, I real like to order the salmon, lol). Plus a GATT member was a chef there. If you're looking for the "get away" vibes down Chaguaramas there is The Light House at Crews Inn and "The Bite" at power boats. The light house is the more upscale of the two. So you could choose according to your pocket.For chinese, you've got "Me Asia, Eagles, Stir Fry King" all in the woodbrook area. Singho is also very popular upstairs Long Circular MallAuthentic Indian cuisine can be found at Apsara's around the Savannah (belmont side)The misses has me hooked on their naan breadJenny's in South and Port of Spain. Known for their steak but strangely enough I go there for the chinese food. lolLa Boucan at Hilton.Not high on my list but they have this great deal going around where you get complimentary meals and hotel stay.
