Healthy is relative. Its much better than the fried food places of course, but still not something to be eaten religiously. Read a study on it some time ago, for the US of course, the nutritional value is not as much as it seems due to again, all the genetic alterations made to the meats and vegetables. Since we import so much, i imagine the quality is not far off.

Wyatt boy, the stories i heard of corn soup, souce, doubles vendors eh. I am VERY cautious of who and whom i buy from for those particular things. Too many stories of underwear in the bottom of the bucket, no running water or indoor plumbing where its being made and the list goes on. Its true what doh kill you go make you stronger, but if im going to die, id like to know how XD

But not to derail the purpose of the thread.

Rustica in Trincity is a really nice pizza place and for the price, its not bad. Comfortably feed 3-4 people on one pizza for about $90 or so. Maybe 5-6 if its all females lol. The pizza is absolutely delicious. Flavour much richer richer than pizza hut, dominoes and papa johns.

Trader Jack's and well as J'Malones are good places with mid range pricing. Been there a few times and i always enjoy my meals, never have any complaints, and the service in all 3 are at a good standard, in my experience of course.

Rustica sounding tempting. The amount of laps I'll have to make to safely consume that pizza eh

Maybe in a month or so.

Boy I know some thin skinny females that could well lick up 4 or 5 slices of pizza in one shot. They would be eating it while telling you they're watching their figure. I have no idea where it goes.
But one suspect once told me taking man is a sport and she's an Olympic athlete. So the food must be pure fuel.

Hoss if you have land i'll take you up on that offer eh! Agriculture is probly the best field to go into now. Just today i was talking to someone about that. Almost all our produce is imported. You know what kinda money you could make selling fruits and vegetables? Once you can meet a fair amount of demand, take business from the other countries. Once you have good products, safe to say you will have a market. The amount of restaurants and food outlets they have here in Trinidad.

But people eh wanna work hard for money any more. Office job and gg is the mentality of my generation. Damn education system....

Did anyone mention Joe's btw? After Rustica, i think they have the best pizza. The Chaguaramas and Deigo outlets supposed to be bess, last i remember. Actually might go to the one in St. Augustine today for a friends bday for lunch. Will report in if i do go.

I went BUZO and get my Buz on today :S

I had the Roasted Rosemary Chicken with a side of Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables with White Onion.

The Chicken was an entire half of a fully grown chicken lol. I felt as if I grew up with that chicken. A true padna that I pitched marbles with. It truly tasted magnificent with the honey mustard sauce that complimented it.

The dessert was interesting also. Vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate shavings and wiped cream. Floating in cappuccino coffee.

The menu has a decent range of choices. Price wise it's not too bad but the method of servings are more economical for three to five souls in one sitting.
