i was never battling over whether the game good or not
its just not gods gift to fps gaming

best way to describe it is in its current state its a casual game not a hardcore one
does that mean its bad? nope just means its got a way to go to win over some of the more hardcore peeps

i have a clan member who bought it for PC dude was done with it within 6 days, we gave him a month before we thought hed be done. He was hypin it up as well came back after playin retail sayin the game gets old doin the same stuff over and over and there is no skill based matchmaking which is something ALL devs seem to overlook how important having a challenge is vs just puttin anybody in a lobby hence i class it as more casual its not a game where ppl lookin to get a good challenge will log on and play atm.

Ive seen video when 2 good teams match up against each other and that is a sight to behold and really shows off its potential just a shame there isnt skill based matchmaking or a clan system in place which boggles my mind how devs continuously leave these things out.

One would think its common sense for newbies and shit players to play against each other and have the better players matched up vs each but but naaaaaaaaaa that requires some work and devs are lazy

As for infamous ss do i think its a good game? yes looks damn good. worth the $60US? nope cuz thats just my view on pure sp only games being 60$US play once and done UNLESS u can log some srs hours into it or a big infamous fan like myself. Content is important. Games aint cheap. Still havent bought AC Black Flag yet despite how good it is cuz its a SP game (yes it has mp but lets be real mp is ass) Waitin for that to drop to around 30$ before i drop $$$ on that

I run my own clan SyNergy Gaming, started it in 2011
we're competitive wont call us like real spr srs cuz we're pretty lazy and slack off alot when we ready
most important thing is having fun while being surrounded by likeminded ppl who all love a good fight
we run practice sessions an stuff depending on if the game actually allows it *lookin @ u tf, dust, bf4*

right now we're playin KZSF next shooters we lookin at are Destiny and H-Hour
we also play War Thunder (WW2 vehicle game, only planes atm but tanks coming spring to PS4)

Planetside 2 is another one but that would be casual only cant really clan v clan on that game.

cuz anyone with eyes can see that if u go on twitch.tv and scroll down xb1 streams are usually dead low on numbers so if hes just referring to ppl streaming and not actual active streams but if hes talkin about viewers i find this 1 hard to believe as i frequent twitch everyday

Microsoft's Xbox One Sold Just 1.2M Units To Retailers In Q3, Dips Below Xbox 360 Rate

Microsoft's Q3 earnings have arrived, and with them comes a single line-itemthat says a lot about the current state of the Xbox One. The console has sold 1.2M units to retailers, not consumers, in the past quarter, or about 400K a month.

While we could have reached that number by comparing Microsoft’s previous announcements of 3.9M (Jan 1st) and 5M units shipped (April 17th), it’s probably a good idea to put it in greater context.

First, the One should obviously be compared to its current rival, the PS4.Sony announced sales of 4.2 million to consumers on Jan 1st alongside Microsoft’s own data. Then, they said that as of April 6th, more than 7 million consoles had been sold, also to consumers. That’s then ~2.8M consoles sold over that time, twice what Microsoft is saying they’ve sold to retailers.

Microsoft’s sell-through to consumer rate as of January 1st was 3/3.9M, so about 77%. Assuming that rate is still about the same (it could have gone down because of being post-Christmas, or up because of Titanfall), that means about 3.85M Xbox Ones have been sold to date, with about 924K sold in the last quarter. In that case, in Q3 Sony’s system sold three times as much as the Xbox One to consumers. It’s entirely possible that Sony sold more PS4s in one month than Microsoft did in the whole quarter.

The common refrain heard at this point in the analysis is that at least Microsoft is dramatically outpacing the Xbox 360 at its launch. Even if they’re behind Sony, the console market has expanded so much that the system is a hit regardless.

That’s true, to a point. The Xbox One is outselling the Xbox 360 right now, with 5 million shipped compared to 3.2 million shipped over the same period for each console. But that said, this new 1.2M Q3 number now actually puts the Xbox One below the pace of the 360, at least for the quarter. The 360 sold 1.7M units to retailers in Q3 after launch in 2006, while the Xbox One is rather far behind at 1.2M. The One is still ahead overall, but that could change in time if a disparity like this continues to exist, or worse, grows.

This seems incredibly odd because the One has had the supposed clear advantage of the Titanfall launch, something that on the surface would seem to generate more sales and buzz for their console over the PS4, or their predecessor, the 360. While Titanfall sold well (though not well enough to warrant any glowing sales announcements), it hasn’t been enough to drive interest in the One that translates into mass console sales. Sony simply does not have a game catalog that should be allowing the PS4 to beat the One 3:1 in sales in a quarter. And in total market share? If our estimated sell-through numbers are close to accurate, that puts the PS4 at about 65% and the One at 35% (ignoring out of date Wii U figures).

I wrote a whole separate piece about the likely culprit, the price, and how Microsoft’s only way forward is a deep price cut that either A) severs the forced ties to Kinect hacks off a different part of the system like a disc drive or C) they simply eat the costs to try and move more consoles. Yes, Microsoft’s console is priced higher which should be factored somewhat into these comparisons, but the price gap does not equal the sales gap, and it’s not as if Microsoft is banking an extra $100 in profit. The margins are likely very close to what Sony is making on the PS4.

This has been a very odd launch all around, and I’m surprised at the PS4 overperforming nearly as much as I am at the Xbox One underperforming. To me, there’s nothing about the two systems right now that says Sony’s is just so much better than Microsoft’s to warrant this kind of sales gap. The biggest factors have to be brand loyalty (hurt feelings from E3), international issues (features not working overseas, the One launching in less markets) and price.

E3 is only a few weeks away, and Microsoft has a lot to prove heading into the event. It can’t go any worse than last year, but now they have to prepare a very compelling case about why the One is a must-buy for gamers, and directly combat Sony’s message and functionality any way they can.

XB1 biggest problems is PRICE and Wrong message, not brand loyalty

1. Price: ppl like myself do not feel it is worth it to drop $500 on an XB1 because kinect is pointless for alot of ppl and a forced add-on

2. Wrong message: They made ALOT of mistakes with their original marketing of the XB1 and the biggest one was shifting away from GAMES and focusing on crap like TV as their message. What made that decision utterly retarded was that again for ppl like and pretty much anyone not in the US (UK dont even have their shit setup yet either) the TV crap is pointless cuz its shit we cant use so focusing on this for ppl like me or ppl that just dont care gonna turn them away.

As a games console the XB1 is good, i want one and plan to get one but thats what i want......a games console. I dont watch TV, my "TV" consists of netflix, crunchyroll and w/e i dload from torrents on my laptop to watch on my TV lol

What also makes them look clueless is now they basically copying sony and saying "Oh we're all about games now" good but should of been ur original message.

Ill wait for a pricedrop before diving in
