Aye I forget to edit and upload that unboxing vid oui, have some initial impressions in that, let me work on that now. And since owning it for a couple days my thoughts are as followed:

The voice interface is IMPRESSIVE! Once you get used to using Kinect voice, it's hard to go back. On rare occasions I does have to repeat myself, but for 90% of the time, the xbox just does what I say right away. Today I was lie down feeling lazy, and wanted to watch some Netflix. Control was far. I just say...Xbox Goto Netflix. Select Profile 1 (sign in with my Netflix profile), Xbox Select 1 (first series in my recent watch)....began playing the series I was watching from d ep I reach....GG. Xbox Pause/Play etc also worked. Recording clips with gamedvr rel epic too. Xbox Record that. using that a lot.
Killer Instinct also keeps a history of all your matches, so I could later go back and record entire matches from the replay.

Apart from Killer, Netflix, and GameDVR, I hardly use anything else, so when I start using more stuff ill comment on that.

As far as KI goes, it's every much as epic as I hoped, I love the game, and will spend many ah hours in it. Worth every penny just for that 1 game.

Also Kinect is BRILLIANT for chat. Every KI game I play, just used Kinect voice chat, and I heard everything clearly, opponent heard me clearly, and we did not get any feed-back from each others speakersystem. No headset required. This new Kinect just epic. And when I in a party and match start, and party snapped to right, I just say "Xbox Unsnap" to go fullscreen. When sweat done. "Xbox Leave Party" done. The voice commands makes thing so quick and fluid and a brilliant experience all round. I hardly ever use d controller to navigate the xbox. This system really is nextgen.

O, and that Killer Instinct Netcode...WOW! I get lag in maybe...2 games...d rest...NO LAG! a real-time lag free online fighting game with men from all over the world, whether Trinidad, cayman, states, England, it all just wok bess. That is d most impressive thing I see so far. Allowing killer instinct that required precise timing, to just work flawlessly in an online setting.

There are some initial quirks with the box, but they are mostly related to HTPC use for Audiophiles which I cover in the video ill upload soon.

What is noteworthy to me, is that for a person accustomed to the highest end gaming PC available, worth over $3000+, you are still impressed with a $499 console

But every match I had with RedlumTT , Guy from Cayman, and Lindon (not sure where he located), we were using party chat, and everything was fine. And I had more matches with those guys than online, and it had no lag, and no syncing issues. So as far as my experience, the netcode is indeed epic.
