So, TriniGamerShaq, the UK numbers starting to roll in, and while impressive, ain't all that:

According to MCV's retail sources, the PlayStation 4 sold 250k units in its first 48 hours on sale.

For comparison, the Xbox One sold approximately 150,000 units in the first 48 hours

So that's a 100k lead in the UK, not the million you was predicting, and like I was trying to point out above, this don't mean anything, it just means Sony sell 100k more in the first 48hrs in the UK. Worldwide sales is what matters. And so far both Sony and MS selling around the same number of consoles. Where those sales happening is irrelevant, if MS want to stagger their inventory globally and Sony wan to focus on more US/UK/Japan sales don't matter. Anything either of them make no will be sold-out. Who could make more consoles go sell more during launch window.
And MS look like they can keep up with demand.

Anyways, when the quarter finish we go see what the final figures look like.

The funny thing is, men hate MS so bad, they calling doom and gloom on ms.

I never say MS go outsell Sony, but I not expecting the "death of the Xbox one" like Shaq lololol.
Man swore all Xbox go dead.

But with sales figures like that, who in they right mind could think that....

I fully expecting the sales numbers between both to be similar at the end of the first quarter, hell, mite even give a lead to Sony since they console 100$ cheaper. But every console made between now and march is already sold. It is going to sell. There is no doubt that everything MS and Sony make is GOING to sell.

But men hate MS so much they completely reject logic. So at d end of d day, if Sony end up selling ah 500k more units than MS, that mean Xbox dead? lololol.

On blackfriday alone Ms outsell Sony by ah whopping 30%. These tides could change so fast and so easy.

Like I said before, if it was Wii u sales figures, then ok. But MS and Sony going toe-to-toe this holiday. Anybody thinking otherwise need help.

Seems to be only on Microsoft Store, the regular console is sold out, only Bundles available. Amazon has none...

You not seeing any of those consoles in proper stock till January for the earliest I'll say.
Mite have limited quantities available right before Christmas, and they will sell out instantly.

Yes, that part is accurate. And that's what I say long time. Whoever make more consoles over the next quarter, will determine who sell more, because every last unit is going to be sold from both Sony and MS inventory. So whoever plan to sell more, and setup they shops to produce more, and who actually make more, will obviously sell more for the next quarter. So if MS don't ramp up productions, they will get wax for the first quarter.

Then after that, phase 2 of the battle will start, once initial demand has been fulfilled. So I guessing they would more or less equalize in # of sales some time mid next year. Then you have the sustained continued sales phase. Then you have the last 2 years of the generation phase.

Is plenty phases to go before we could see who win. We will only know who win at the end of the generation. The tech media collectively agree Xbox 360 won the last generation. Who win the next, going to take ah while. But so far, Sony is undoubtedly  in the lead, cause they producing more units.
