Mantastlye thats the item for him get tons of images wit them all doing mana burn, Spellcasters will have a hard time.
Thing wit him is his ability to multiple himself(conjure image) and his lvl6 (sunder) which switches his life wit his targets life.
certain items r not recommend for him since his images dont benefit from them. Like (sange, lifesteal, basher, maelstrom, s&y). Also the images only benefit from stats increase, meaning they dont get +50% attack speed from hyperstone, since it add nothing to stats, Butterfly is great for him cause it adds +25 Agil. Images will attack faster with this.
But for me i like basher on him since he has a high attack speed. the images wont bash though u will see the animation same wit the maim from sange, but as i said that build is not recommended.
