TSTT offering Smart Phones on Payment Plan
« on: November 14, 2011, 08:30:03 AM »
http://www.bmobile.co.tt/get-smart-financing-for-your-smart-devices/

From what i've read of the FAQ, TSTT in Conjunction with Republic Bank is offering financing packages on Smart Phones at 18% per annum over an 18 month repayment period for its post paid customers.

Pure genius - level man gonna get chain up because the real catch is that you need a credit card as one of the qualifying criteria. (debt + debt)

I wonder what Digicel's counter to this will be.

This is stupid.
The telco's need to stop overpricing the handsets.
We're paying full 'unlocked price' for a handset AND full fee's every month. does that make any sense?
