WTK of Simple + Free Helpdesk Software

I'm looking to implement a simple and free Helpdesk software into my network  any suggestions?

Main functions:

Job Ticketing/Tracking System
Sharing "things to do callender" within IT Dept

yes i believe there are templates available for sharepoint that allows it to act as a helpdesk system,  and well the things to do calendar is a simple calendar on a page in the sharepoint site

We used this one for a while. It was smooth as butter.

Just didn't have some advanced CRM functions we needed, so ditched it.

OTRS Helpdesk is very nice simple self installation.. just some minor customization for the company itself. Implemented it as the homepage took me 20 mins total to set up.  Writing up a manual for the derps @ work and i'll see how it flows
