The Nintendo 3DS is going to get a huge price drop.From Agust 12th the 3DS will drop from $250 US to $170 US! A $80 cut.But early buyers need not cry fowl,they will get 23 free games to download from to shop.

early adopters are acually coming out with a sweet deal. GBA games on the 3DS. Good ones not lame crap, 10 free in addition to some classic nes. i would pay 9.99 for a good gba game without thinking twice. that alone is worth 80 dollars. the free classic nes games are just gravy. 170 is a nice price point though, especially wit some killer app games finally coming out over the holiday season. including  mario kart and mario brothers.

I suppose it's to compensate for the fact that the system hasn't been selling well at that price. Better for me, anyway, since I'm way overdue to buy Pokemon Black and White.
