but I'll note that when I use the products I don't use them in a retarded manner for quick results
In other words if the directions say use 4 scoops per serving, I will use 2 or 1.5. I just use irt for a muscle/weight boost. But I eat loads of veggies, chicken tot tots and provisions. I drink loads of water, and since last year I quit smoking.
