Man want to run a trace on the phone call.
CIA / FBI should be able to give you a hook up.
triangulate idmc.
all kicks aside, that is very possible but usually a feature made available only to law enforcement.
some phone service providers do allow customers to reveal blocked numbers. Its called the "call trace" service and usually is an option that costs a little extra.
I do not know if TSTT or Digicel offers this.
AT&T does
See details below:
Call Trace
AT&T Call Trace allows the customer to initiate a trace of an unwanted call that may be obscene, threatening or harassing in nature. Calls are charged on a per-use basis only.
To activate Call Trace:
After receiving such a call, you should hang up the phone and wait 10 seconds to ensure the call is disconnected.
Listen for a dial tone and press *57.
An announcement will play, prompting you to press 1 if you want to trace the call.
A toll-free number (Local Law Enforcement Agency 1-800-648-4936 ) is provided as part of the network announcement upon a successful trace. Should you wish to file a complaint or take legal action, call the toll-free number provided.
An unsuccessful trace will be followed by an error message.

Just checked TSTT's list of features and they do indeed have Call Trace.
See below:
Call Trace
Subscribers to TSTT's 'Call Trace' service can trace malicious and other calls made to their residence. To trace a call, replace the handset and get a dial tone immediately after receiving the call and then enter the code *57. Users will be informed whether the trace was successful or not through a voice message. Information on traced calls will be recorded by TSTT and provided to the appropriate authorities.
